Physical fitness is key to cognitive clarity, confidence, and character. Our programs include warm-ups, strength training, endurance drills, and fitness assessments to build lifelong healthy habits.

Our students participate in Basketball, Throwball, Volleyball, Athletics, and more—each fostering skill, teamwork, and drive. The Annual Sports Meet showcases their talents through competitions, torch lighting, and drill displays.

Our Sports Programs

Basketball

Basketball at our school encourages teamwork, agility, and strategic thinking. Our dedicated coaches train students in dribbling, shooting, and defensive skills, fostering discipline and sportsmanship on and off the court.

Throwball

Throwball is a popular sport here, enhancing hand-eye coordination and reflexes. Our teams practice regularly to perfect passing, catching, and teamwork, promoting a fun and inclusive environment for all skill levels.

Handball

Handball combines speed, precision, and endurance. Students are trained in fast breaks, defensive tactics, and scoring techniques, building their physical fitness and mental toughness in competitive matches.

Athletics

Our athletics program nurtures raw talent across various track and field events. From sprinting to long jump, students develop strength, speed, and perseverance with guidance from experienced coaches, preparing them for inter-school competitions.
